I decided to give iNeedArticles.com a try based on a recommendation from someone. About a week and a half ago I ordered 2 rewrites from them to test them out. First article I selected the 5 star writer. Second article I did not.

I got my first article back a few days later and when I read it over it was obviously a crap rewrite. It looked like someone changed synonyms and phrases in a spinner. I checked it on tool4o.com/uniq4o and also on copyscape's article comparer.

Uniq4o came back as 28% unique and copyscape said it was over 40% copied.

Ok fine, I run into this issue a lot with companies doing rewrites. So I sent in a ticket.

3 days and no response.

So I send in another ticket and someone finally responds to me.

They ask me for my username and a copy of the article. I send it to them.

Another day goes by and no response. I send them an email. They finally respond the next day, which is 5 days now since my ticket was submitted.

Their response: copyscape shows it as being 100% unique

Yeah bullshit it does since I compared the articles there myself. I send them an email with links and screenshots so they can compare and see for themselves.

Their response: ...nothing

Send another email.

Their response: ...nothing

Send another email, now a week since submitting a ticket.

Their response: ...nothing

It's been 10 days now and I've received 2 emails from them.

Normally, I wouldn't give a shit about $6 or however much it was but it really pisses me off when I receive horrible customer service from a company. Especially from one of Jonathan Leger's companies, the guy who brought us The Best Spinner and Article Builder. I assumed wrongly that this guy would have some capacity for customer service.

They didn't offer to fix the article. They didn't offer a refund for the article. They don't even respond.

My review of iNeedArticles.com - Two thumbs down - I won't ever work with these people again.

And for the other article I had rewritten, not by a 5 star writer, turned out to be ok. It was something like 58% unique, which was good enough. Not great but the person actually rewrote a good chunk of it.

Don't work with an article writing company that doesn't give you any recourse to fixing the article written. You do not have to accept crap like this. If you pay for something, get what you paid for.

That's some pretty bad experiences. I used them while ago and got a typical mediocre piece, I used for link building.

I do some work for INA and most of the writers there are real good, especially for the price. However, almost none of the good writers ever do re-writes, they pay horribly low ($2-$3) per hour, and are MORE difficult to write than a real article. Can you post the article so some of us writers can read it and decide for ourselves how bad it is? Several of us are reading this thread and discussing it on our forum. Or PM me the article and we'll discuss it in private. thanks. PS, Us writers from INA will make good on the article after we read it, we'll be able to tell if it's been spun.

How much are you getting paid to fix the reputation ?

They have bad service. I intend use their service but after this review. I will consider carefully about that.

Jonathon Leger fired a writer today that was most likely responsible for the bad article, so we hope the problem has been fixed for the future. Let me know by PM if we (the writers) can make good on your article somehow.

How much is the OP getting paid to trash it over a $3 rewrite? As was already stated, the good writers won't touch the rewrites because they make more money when customers "favorite" them or ask for expert articles. That's what I do, and it's still a bargain. There is a Copyscape check on every article submitted.

The writing is just part of the problem - if you read the OP's post, it's a tale of quite possibly the worst customer service in the world.

Cheap content unfortunately doesn't leave much room to pay for good customer service.

I ordered some SEO filler articles on fiverr a while back, and they weren't THAT bad, but certainly not great either - nor did I expect them to be, for $5/500. So I gave the guy 4 stars, rather than 5 - and he sends me this big long message begging for 5 stars because his 'brother has cancer'... wtf...

theres no excuse for sloppy work but i will add this
u get what u pay for. 6$ barley a decent mcdonnalds
maybe pay a little more for a decent writer rather than
scraping for barrel and expecting gold

Recently requested invoices to make my spendings tax deductible.
The're refusing to do so, even for long time customers. To be fair, it's stated in their knowledgebase, but you don't think about it not being offered by an operation the size of ineedarticles.

I find that quite disrespectful and will seek out alternatives. I was wrong to trust them.

In the middle of signing up to give them a try and something told me to do a quick search on them. First page result was this thread for the kw I typed.

Thanks for the heads up about INA. I guess I'll just keep searching for semi-decent content writers.

I think that as writers on the site they probably don't want a bunch of people seeing this and deciding against using the site that they use to make their money. They are protecting their own reputation and saying that there are reputable writers on the site willing to help.
