Yeah not necessarily one stream, but more than one buyer lol. I as a seller will guarantee that income loss will not be less than 20% if the exact steps shared dealing with management are not alternated. Now there's a pro and con to this. If they alternate and they're seasoned in my sites niche or website flipping period they could lose out on potentially MORE money. If they do stick to my agreement they won't necessarily be out of money if the site starts to plunder the first 60 days.
Any time you ask about the what ifs and are promised a money back guarantee, get it in writing...get it signed, if possible get it attached to a photocopy of their ID or notarized.
I'm a bit paranoid so this maybe a bit much, but do a little more research on the seller once you have won and already discussed the terms. Find him on FB, on linkedin, on whitepages. How likely is this person to disappear if anything happens.
One more thing, don't be afraid to ask for references of past buyers. Reach out to them and see how satisfied they are after 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. If they're hesitant to share due to privacy reasons, do ask them to reach out to the buyer before sharing information so that permission is granted and you're not "bugging" anyone. If you're really bold, offer to pay for their time as a "consultant."
Don't be afraid to spend $25 for 5 minutes of time to save thousands on a junk site.
