So sorry to hear that you and your family are going through this. My mother has had bone cancer for 7 years and has gone through some pretty rough treatment methods. She lost all of her hair, and has suffered immensely from the pain. But, as someone said above, bone cancer is very survivable today and I will pray for your family that she is one of the ones who beats it. They just did a full body scan on my mom last week and found that it had not gone into any of the organs...which is wonderful news because once it goes into the organs, it's harder to get rid of and it spreads faster.
As the days pass, you will begin to feel better. Time will make things more manageable for both of you. Best of luck...:sorry:
