Domains .se current situation? Offshore? Bulletproof?

Hello guys, I have been investigating about current .se domainname current situation but I am not sure about what will happens with them.

I have a very good .se domain name and is perfect for warez-linking... but after new European Copyright laws I dont know how I can use it.

I saw some posts about shinjiru .se domains shutdown... but I dont know if warez-link can still works with this domains (no files in website, domains or server).

And one question, more is this true?

Hey Paul, I asked to https://www.shinjiru.com/ they told me that no risk but they putted this extension outside of them "STRONGBOLT DOMAIN NAME" page suggestions, and I asked later to https://prq.se/ (i think.., I dont remember very well... and ticket is deleted) that they told me that if you are not the piratebay you dont have to get concernd. The most important thing is the page content and the domain name registrant that is who suspend the domain. If you have a website for whatch football (soccer) or other sports online (streaming) for example you will be fucked 100% in the time if your site goes popular, for example a warez-linking website I think there will be no problem.. like a .com website.

Sweden is in EU but they have good internal laws about freedom in Internet... so is more about the domain registrant. And I dont know about new EU laws or advances in EU anti-piracy laws.

So in this moment I suggest you to buy a .se in a offshore registrant or buy a .to domain name (is the best option always).

I visited shinjiru website and they added the domain name extension .se again so... I think no problems in this moment.

flokinet.is (some people says they have help shutdown a marketplace in dark web, I don't know if is true but is alternative)

Shirinju is a NO-NO.. Never buy from them.

Actually the best domain IMO is .to, .ru and .su is hard to takedown, specially .su you can buy it on cheapprivacy.ru

I wrote about shinjiru but in this moment I dont recomend them ( i dont critize), they website and system where very slow page load. The unic good thing that they where saying years ago is that they have a good externral registrant (asian one) so if somebody wanna take down your domain or wanna your data they have to do it by asian ways and languajes.

Where do you recommend to register .to for maximum privacy and that the domain name is registered in your name?

You should use a registar that doesn't require your information, if your website is not illegal, then is fine to register in your name. But if your website have content that can put you in trouble, you should go with any registrant that doesn't require personal information e.g Njal.la, bpw.sc, cheapprivacy
