Domain with strong Backlinks

Guys, I found a domain that has a backlinks from very strong sites like(cnn, theguardian, businessinsider...), and I am thinking of buying it and reviving it again, but it will cost me a lot of money. Do you think it is a good investment or should I abandon the idea, especially with the recent Google updates?

I can't give you a precise answer without analyzing it manually. However, I still suggest you don't buy the domain if its traffic has dropped to zero abruptly. It will not work unless you're experienced in SEO. If you don't mind, share the domain in PM, and I'll have a look at it.

Purchasing a domain with strong backlinks from authoritative sites is a positive indicator of a valuable domain. However, it's essential to consider multiple factors beyond just the backlinks such as the domain's age, history, niche relevance, etc.
 
yes it's good investment. first check the all details, like DA,PA, DR, and more.
 
First of all, make sure the domain's old content is somehow related to what you will offer now.. also check the content where you are getting backlinks from, is that relevant to your offerings? if not then the value of those backlinks will not remain same for you.
 
Just check the history, if that wasn't hit by Google. Then go Ahead otherwise leave it. Thanks

I think it's a good idea but depends on your niche and how you can convert your audience into money (for example AdSense, affiliate marketing etc).
