And what did the email say about the policy violation?
If you fix your site and it's all good with Google, then you should be able to work with most other advertising networks.

So the problem you will have with advertising networks is that the content on your site is not original.
The content has been copied/pasted from other sources. Some of the articles I found 4-5 times on different websites.
Your website is also far too broad. It looks to me like you've just thrown a lot of health articles on there, without any specific purpose and most importantly, without adding value to the reader.
