Domain Name Question-Keywords

    here is the situation:

    the domain nme

    www.CityNameKeyword.com is taken...all other tlds were NOT purchaed by these guys....i advised my client to buy them

    today i did some research

    www.KeywordCityName.com---the full suite of TLDs available, something says to me BUY THEM!

    question is this

    Will Google give equal weight to:

    www.KeywordCityName.com

    as
    CityNameKeyword.com

    Listen mate nowadays after several algo changes and repetitive updates the EMDs hardly matters so if your SEO is convincing enough to make Google fall in Love with your site then no worries both the domains will work.So relax and keep up the hard work..:)

    In my experience, there is almost no difference whatsoever. I have targeted one way and found that my rankings were almost always identical the other. You should be fine. Of course, your backlink anchors should include both ways regardless.

    Both of the domains are almost the same as far as SEO is concerned. Technically you'd have a little edge for "keyword city name" and they would have a little edge for "city name keyword". However, with proper SEO, it can be overcome easily.
