I want to buy a domain name which is a popular place in our country but not a company ?am I right? Or I have to face any problem in trademark??

Country or city name does not have any trademark issue. Its great investment if have million of search volume in google using the city name.

There won't be any issue of trademark. You can order the domain without any issue. You can order any domain which is available for the registration.
