Does this method of growth still work?

been a while since i've done IG and so wanted to know if the "100 spam accounts directing traffic to one main account" method still work? i was thinking using minion accounts to like/comment/follow people directing them to my one @Main. is anyone still trying this method out? and if so how's it going

I don't know if it is the same thing, but I tried a big engagment group (of small accounts mostly I suppose) round in which I got 900 likes (it should be 700 from the round and 200 from my usual followers). I posted just right before the round so to get the maximum chances of visibility and I went to sleep excited about what I'd found the next day. Next morning I discovered that I've gained an incredible amount of 4 followers. I'm not sure if your method can be compared to what I am writing about, but if it is... well, it didn't work for me.

well thats the new method integrating engagement groups into it, I'm talking about the old method where we just use spam accounts to direct the traffic
 
Ah, I'm sorry, I misunderstood the question. So do you mean like having tons of accounts that post your Main profile content and tag it in the description? If it's so, well, if nobody will answer and you want to try anyways, please share your results since I am quite interested. Sorry for possible grammatical mistakes and have a nice day!
 
Haven't tried this, it would be interesting to see results.

I know that method and have used it in the pass. However, I don't think that works anymore. You will get flag pretty fast, not to mention the users will get annoyed by you.
 
This method is too dangerous. One mistake and all ypur accounts are banned since they are linked together. IG is not stupid
 
It might work id you know how to self promote in the comments properly. Used to do this with like 10 accs promoting main, gained 500 followers after 3 and 1/2 hrs of straight self promo manually its so boring

yep all automated stuff at works here. Guess I gotta make sure the comments are spun well, and shit like that, I'm just concerned about the banning, im fine with them banning my spam accounts but not my main. So to those who are currently doing this method, how are you finding success with it?
 
It is not recommended to use comments to attract followers since it is risky. Use other method
 
I self promote with 3 accounts. It doesn't give me a big boost. I have been doing ti for months. I wouldn't recommend it. Not worth the risk.

awesome, id wanna have ur take on this, exactly what do you do ? (u could pm me if you prefer that) do you comment? follow like? or all of the above? and how much of it do you do
 
I had a friend of mine once try it and he got banned
 
I would not use the comment section to promote anything. The "report" feature on Instagram comments has gotten easier for people to use. I use it all the time to keep spam off my pages.

This is the "method" I use to direct people to my main page:

1. Open a main account. Name it "Love".
2. Open an extra account. Name it "Joy".
3. Post a photo to Joy's account with instructions to go to Love's account to receive an incentive.
4. When they get to Love's account, they receive the incentive.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 over and over.
6. Voila! You have followers, comments, and likes from REAL people.

The reason you know these are real people is because a bot will not be able to read instructions and click through to your main account. So basically, Joy is like a Google results page, and Love is like a website. You want to put something on the Google results page to get people to "click through" to your website:

Joy = Google results page
Love = Your website
Photo on Joy's page = The big blue link on the Google results page that you click on
Caption on Joy's photo = The snippet under the big blue link on the Google results page

Do you get it?
