does server4you ignore DMCA ?

Tsu , NOP! They are not ignoring DMCA , if they receive DMCA request they shutdown the servers (source: WHT).

If you need offshore vps allowing streaming from 3rd party source then take a look on webuzo hosting youporn,youtube and 3rd party links are allowed as long you are not hosting them on your server. Personally don't have any issue with them .

You can also take a look in the Marketing section there are plenty of hosting providers (have not test any of them).
