Does SC investable for a long-term?

I am really new on cc exchanges (it has been 6 months). I am monitoring SC for a while and it's never hit the top yet. So what do you think about that? Do you think, does SC investable for a long-term? What do you expect about the SiaCoin?

I think it has to many coins, why they print so many?
