What if I cant login to my hosting anymore, I wish it's not gonna happen but I am just thinking what I would do next if it does happen. Would it affect my links or ranking if I would go to other hosting? I mean migrating my files to another hosting, so that would mean different IP right?

It would mean a different IP - if SEO is a goal choose a quality host, I have seen sites technical SEO metrics improve greatly by doing nothing but moving them from a shared hosting account to a cheap VPS.

Yes, it’s very likely that your ranking will be affected. Besides different IP, the new host may provide different page loading speed, which is one of Google’s ranking factors. Still, if you go for a high-quality host, there’s no need to worry — your ranking might even improve.

generally migration not affects when you do it in a right way. dont miss any part when u do migration.
