Does Lazy load affect seo?

I want to increase site speed thus I installed lazy loading plugin which loads images after content, My site is mainly about content, not images but I am worried about that google will index lazy load images or not?

yes,Google actually has code itself as well in which it promotes the lazy loading of images because pages get faster using lazy load.

Increasing page load is a vital issue in SEO.

most of the lazy load plugins are linked with clear.gif or other small blank images . So Google will index both blank image and your content image nothing to worry.
your website will be fast and no issue on index.
