Hi Guys, I'm trying to learn blackhat seo and I have been reading lately about its technique all i want to ask is that does keyword stuffing still works in blackhat seo? I mean like we do get penalised for using blackhat, but does it work in 2020

of course it does. to be very honest, not much has changed since I started in 1999 with selling gsm ringtones and logos. the only thing I'm not sure of is meta keywords, at least I don't use them anymore and even meta description I often leave empty for Google to scrape themselves. most important are backlinks (anchor text, reliable domain) and content (layout/heading/etc html tags). what's changed since then is how recent the content is, easy to solve by adding a layout section with a paragraph at the top that you change monthly together with dateModified property on page and sitemap.

it also really depends a lot on the country how difficult or easy it is. because of size but also because of how webmasters have approached the backlinking since end '90s. therefore always start with your own country with the language you are most familiar with. the guys who have been around the longest are the wisest and have the oldest websites, seek those ;)

good luck!

I do not suggest you to risk this with the main primary site. You can do trials on new sites though.

yes good point. best is to build a PBN around your main site where you can also focus solely on seo optimized content which is often not ideal for the main site. link to those and make sure you have good CTAs on your PBN to the main site.

yeah I'll be using different domain than the main site, it'll be more like a test that i'll perform to check if i can successfully apply blackhat techniques and rank a particular page on google search.

Many blackhaters are doing this successfully and you can find many such sites ranking on google. But it depends on other factors as well.

oh yes definitely. in its most extreme form a bunchload of websites (often WP) is hacked and pages are created with links to the hacker's site. domains hacked are usually totally not relevent with regard to topic (sometimes even from a geolocational point) but it still works. hard to beat them with linkbuilding through linkpartners (white/grey). although they come and go so my experience is keep working hard on finding good referral domains and accept a drop in turnover now and then.
