Does it worth to create backlinks from TUmblr in 2018

I read that now most of the backlinks from tumblr are "no follow".

Anyone has any idea about it ?

And if so can you advise which web 2.0 we shall use for creating backlinks. Tier 1 and tier 2.

NoFollow links from authority and established sites are worthy and good for your link profile.
 
Web 2.0 now a days require way more work than normal. So better go with other options
 
It's very worth to gain link from it... But make sure you have to bring attention to your tumblr blog.. Then only it will be usefull.
 
Tumblr backlinks are still d0follow. You just need to know where to place them.
 
Just creating one link at Tumblr is not effective. Continuous posting is necessary along with using all features of Tumblr.

Also, there's a way to make the backlinks ******** and not tumblr redirected you just need to research about them.

another web 2.0 you can use to create backlinks for tier 1 and 2 could be WordPress, Blogspot, Weebly, over blog etc.
 
making back link from web 2.0 is still effective but you have take back link from diversify Like that

make your back link strategy is natural dont over load on one platform, make it balance

Can you please recommend a bot/tool for posting links + images (Tumblr) ?
Also if its not to much, how would you evaluate stats for Tier - DA PA over 50 Tier 1 / DA PA over 40 Tier 2 / DA PA over 30 Tier 3 ?

Web 2.0 are very beneficial for your seo. Tumblr is a good web 2.0 site. You can try wordpress, blogspot as well.
