Does Instagram traffic result in AdSense bans?

I'm currently growing a specific niche insta account at a rather rapid pace and I expect the account to hit the 10k followers mark. Meaning I'll be able to put links in my stories and thus send traffic to my niche related website. However, I'm planning on monetising with AdSense because they simply have the best rpm and the largest database on users (which makes for better related ads) but I'm scared to do it. Last time I tried social traffic I got my account frozen for invalid traffic. I'll admit that the traffic wasn't specific to a niche but still I'm scared to death to lose my AdSense account because it's a reliable income source for my organic Google sites.

Anyone experience with social traffic not resulting in a ban?

As per the google terms, they are fine with social traffics.

It all depends on your organic traffic. If Social media traffic is always much higher than organic traffic means you will be under risk of getting a ban. Everyday many people getting ban for bringing so much traffic from Facebook / Instagram.
