Does Google really delete the videos stored on drive?

Someone told me that the videos on google drive usually get deleted, and that you have to struggle to keep reuploading them. Is this true?

I'm referring to movie sites.

Google and any cloud storage provider outside of deep deep cold Russia/Asia will delete the videos upon takedown request.
 
Hmm.. this gives me an idea to share content locking links with copyrighted drive video in the link. And then spread the link through movie sharing sites/forums.
 
There are so many streaming sites, that you don't need to "save" a movie, you can just get it on demand.
 
If your video do copyright violation then I'm sure google will take action and remove the video..
 
I store my personal videos on Google drive for years. Those never got deleted.
 
I don't think so. My videos or other docs never got deleted.
 
All my videos in my google drive never deleted ,
i share my links between friends only
 
I really doubt it, nothings ever deleted from the internet... you'll find something on the internet at some point!
 
Plus, when Google delete things they may archive it.

Also, on the cache, too - it'll be there on the internet, maybe in segments? You never know if its gone...
