Does Google Adword accept UBL Debit card (ATM) PK

Hi PK BHW members,

I want to ask something that I have UBL (united bank limited) Visa Debit Card. Can I use this card for google adwords? By the way, I have tried this card but unfortunately google adwords deduct $1 for every attempt of transaction. My bank statement shows these transactions but my google adwords balance still zero, I haven't see any transaction in my adwords account.

One more thing I want to know about Prepaid Visa Debit Card such as Wiz Traveller Card, Wiz Ladies Card and Wiz Teen Card. Can I use these kind of cards for google adwords? If not, then which bank Visa Debit Card allow me to do transactions with google adwords?

I know credit card works but I am not interested in credit cards. It's really hard to get it!
