Am planning to 301 freenom domain to mydomain.com and run google ads
so my question is, does Google ads accept/approve freenom domains??

I have seen a lot of tilda.ws and other similar on google ads recently. It's ofc blackhat, but yeah, it works.
 
I haven't actually tried this but I think they can approve freenom domains for Google ad campaigns.
 
If the content is original and worthy of advertising then yes, the domain is irrelevant. Blogger is free and accepted, there are others. It's not the domain, it's what is on it.
 
I have used freedoms from freenom and got ads running in GAds. However, bear in mind, any domain even TLD paid domains, nowadays success depends on high quantity of rich content on the website, niche and proper campaign skills : If these are in place then even free domains such as those from freenom do get running in GAds and that is my actual experience.
 
Yes, approve but not healthy. Google will detect forwarded web site. If its banned, Google will ban freenom domain too. I suggest clockers.
