Recently i earned some gift card from some various site. I want to use those gift card for ad promotion . Does gift card works on facebook ?

Friend, Facebook doesn't accept gift cards for ads, only legit payment methods like credit/debit cards or PayPal. Better save those for personal use or resell them.

If gift cards are not suitable for adding to advertising accounts, you can simply use payment cards to do so.
 
I think not. Because currently Facebook only accepts payments by credit/debit card or PayPal.
