Does Facebook accept Forex Ads ?

I'm starting a double optin email marketing list in Forex niche but dont know if FB accepts Forex ads. I'm on tight budget so want to confirm as anyone here tried FX list building using FB ? Also I have heard Fb doesnt accept sole Squeeze Pages so I planned to make a Content + Optin lp but can it be a simple html page or does it need to blog style post ?
