Hi,

Does copied content with good link profile perform well?

Anyone here has seen success with it?

Thanks

Yes. My friend have success with it. He spend 3k USD for backlinks. Site don't even have 1 unique article. It's now 1,5 year old site with 68 domain rating on ahrefs

He was getting 1m+ monthly from google. But 1 month ago he lost %30 traffic. He is trying to get back to old traffic now.

Original content would be useful for longtime and your site would be relatively saved from the algo/manual penalty.

One of my clients had copied content and it worked well for them. Ranking was good for their keywords but it was a niche small website.

Thanks for your prompt response. Do you have any idea about what sort of backlinks would work in such case?

I can understand. What t i'm feeling is indexing would play a major role here.

It will perform well. If you copy an article from DR5 domain and place it on DR80 it will outperform the original by the orders of magnitude.

Yes if the copied site is a much weaker site.

You see that happen all of the time with big sites copying smaller sites and still outrank them.

But honestly it's much better to be on safer side by not copying anyone.
They might report your site and take other actions

If Forbes copies your content, chances are they'll rank better your site.

I did a test with medium and one of my small/new site two years ago.

I wrote an post on a topic on my site, after some days(or weeks I can't remember exactly) I copied the exact content to my medium blog.

After some weeks the medium picked up and started ranking on the first page, it's still on the first page right now.

Medium is a big site, Forbes is another. There are lots of them.

this is isn't " so call tier 2 backlink " you are using another " medium " to rank which what people claim tier 2 ?

Here we go again, "content is king" mantra screamers in 3....2...1...
Yes, he is right! No matter how powerful the links are, do not use the same copied content. At least rotate it and edit it manually, which is more readable and less of a grammatical error.

It's alright if you don't understand.

But I never made mention of tiered linking.
