Does anyone know a lopehole for NSFW content???

I was creating in the past NSFW SFM wallpapers (not nudes) and published them on YouTube till I've reached 10K and then I got a second strike and lost interest in continuing, but now due to the pandemic I wanted to recreate the channel but got terminated after one day.

Does anyone know any lopeholes for inappropriate content? Because for example the channel of Mxr Mods still earns somewhat revenue after he got his monetization back. His content is inappropriate.

Luck maybe. I know few russian channels which review hentai manga and they are banned or get strikes time to time because they forgot to cencor their thumbnails or few frames in footages

Ytb is very strict with NSFW.
I made a test in past, only upload sound from porn clips.
Next day, my channel is terminated

Try it again on Shorts, but this time use royalty music in the background and use #shorts added to the title.. You should stay up without penalties at least until this is patched
