It can rank but you will have to put a lot of efforts. Some guys here have developed custom own AI tools for better tools. It needs very large budget as well.

AI generated content may rank on top if it is edited properly by someone, Google prioritizes how it can help users and like another user said, it doesnt rank based on who made it. Just make sure that it is informative and well edited.

I used AI to make some pages. I changed the content a little to make it read more naturally. When it’s easy to read and helpful, it ranks better on Google.
