Does Adsense like video looping ?

First Question

I was wondering if I embed my Youtube videos on my blog but I adjust the code or I use a plugin so the Youtube video loops over and over again, will it be penalized by Google eventually ? Tried it with some videos and when it is monetized and you loop it endlessly the Adsense Banner Ad keeps showing up.

Secondary Question

When monetizing Youtube videos with TrueView Ads does your embedded video needs to have specific dimensions so the TrueView ads will show up when embedded ? e.g. using 500px x 360px on 16:9 ratio OR using 500px x 375px on 3:4 ratio ?

If you loop your video using an embedded player, your ad won't show again and again - Therefore I don't believe it would be penalized by Google Adsense
