does Adsense accept download sites?

I see my sites with Adsense , that have cracked softwares on their sites how did they get approved knowing that Google frowns at cracked softwares or cheats.
my second question is there any tool I can use to check is my blog is Adsense ready or not? thanks please reply

You can only use adsense on a free download site if you have permission to distribute the software. If you do not have permission to distribute the software then no you may not use adsense on the site.

Even free download sites often require a person visit their own site - they are not necessarily allowing you to put the content on your own site for distribution.

In other words - the short version is - you may not use adsense on a site which provides software downloads you do have not permission to put on your site.
