Does a Bot exist that emails every Shopify /contact-us forum in the database?

I was recently told that there may be a bot that has the ability to fill out and email all Shopify /contact-us forums in Shopify's store database. Sorry if I am not explaining this correctly but that's the general gist of what it does.

if someone can access to the database, then it should be a bot for that
