Do youtube view services give real views?

these, i heard from this forum. do they give real views, that actually monetizable or just for ranking? are they safe? any1 get banned?
i also find eyoutubeviews(dot)com but not sure about it.
any other services you know and did used?
also which one is best in your opinion? for monetizing directly or ranking.

You wont get banned. Otherwise someone could use those sites to get fake views on other people's videos, get them banned
 
Go for view services with high view length, not view count. You will rank higher and get featured more (appearing in suggested video searches and search ranking suggestion spot) than if you simply buy views. As for views, a view is a view as long as you don't cheat Adsense. Most view providers are safe for Adsense, so you will be fine.
 
Most of them dont give you real views, you should know which you can trust. Read reviews on the internet and choose the best one.
 
Vagex is the best in my opinion. It does give you "real views" since people are actually viewing your video. However, you can get banned if you use Adsense with Vagex views.

i'm not doing adsense, i'm planning to direct them to a squeze page or salespage or CPA offer.
from the look of it, real views sign up or spend money. right?
i know some view provider also provide full watching (viewer watch whole video).
do they convert well, especially for signups page or CPA offers(free ones)?
or are they pretty responseless, compared to the PPC or organic traffic.
PS: i'm aware that quality of video/offer is improtant for converting, but i just want to know your results.

That actually depends on whom you purchase from.
There are different sellers with reviews around at BHW itself.
You can check out the BST section and read the reviews yourself which might help you in taking the decision.

And about the safety, some sellers advise that you disable your adsense since their views might be fake.
But some serious sellers like BigBuddy (who recently started a youtube services sales thread) provide adsense safe views which have got some quality and are not just botted mobile views.
