Do you need a FTC affiliate payment disclosure
notice in your stand-alone youtube videos
- As you do on, say, a blog site/page?

If so, where? in video or in notes?

Is a crackdown likely - either by the FTC
or the Youtube/Google machine?

this is black hat world, if you want to do stuff legally, go to some white hat place.

What a pair of bozos!

How can you break, or bend, the rules to
your profit if you don't understand the rules?

Why volunteer to be google roadkill?

just to let you know, != means not equal
pair of bozos? for defending you? LOL... I have no words

Whoops - sorry.
just one bozo.

But does anybody know the answer?
Google hates affiliates and this would be a simple
way to wipe thousands of them off youtube, Google
- and maybe adsense!

Well, in the context of this forum it means unethical.
Or do you consider yourself a criminal and BHW a place where outlaws hang out together? ;)

You should really look up the definition of a Black Hat...

Blackhat in the context of SEO which covers this forum is NOT illegal.

Any discussion of illegal methods/content will be removed and the users sanctioned.

BHW does not welcome criminals.

Unethically is what I'm referring too, what was the issue with my original post then?

Man, don't twist your words, it's all in front of us. You said that if he wants to do legal things, then he should go somewhere else, and you tried to correct me bacause I said that blackhat does not mean illegal on BHW, now you're talking about the same definition as me, ADHD rules your /home/ :ciao:
