in a mac:
~/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player
inside flash player folder you will find a randomly named folder, delete it.
You can also control Flash cookies via Macromedia's Flash Player Settings Manager. Set Global Storage Settings to 0, and then go to the Website Privacy Settings tab and select Delete All Sites to remove prior-stored history.
Done.

Nice, first time to know about that flash cookies.
I clear my cookies on a daily basis or every time I would log out my PC. I agree that all history should always be deleted.
