No, but i used to be obsessed, since doing IM and being made jobless 4 months ago, I have easily put on 2 stone, all of my friends have noticed and I think after seeing this thread, its about time I signed back up to the gym, the problem is, I am so addicted to IM and making money, i really find it hard to make time to go to the gym when I know I could be working earning and improving my methods, its really difficult to pull myself away, the same goes for Xbox or PS3 I can NOT play games any more, knowing that I could be earning money on my pc... call me crazy? is anyone else like this?

Ever since my jaw surgery I have not been able to carry on doing kickboxing which was my only form of exercise / activity twice a week. As soon as I stopped all my 3 years effort gone, no more abs no more pecs no more muscle all I do is sit around all day lol, I have this layer of flab come all over my body and flabby stomach. I am mentally perhaps more weaker and lack motivation and drive to do any more exercise conditioning is gone back to zero I would not even be able to run the half the length of my road with out panting for breath. I need to fix this but every time I try I manage like 2 days max because for long time I am not allowed to do contact sports I can not be bothered with gym or weights all that stuff seems boring to me I just enjoyed kickboxing only. :(

*I can feel the big difference from being healthy and fit before my sleeping pattern was perfect did not sleep much I did not crave junk food I was conscious of what I was eating and had control. Now I can handle less stress, eat lots junk and fried food and drink coke lol, my sleep is the most fucked up ever I find it so hard to sleep anymore I try so hard but end up sleeping at like 7am lol, when I have to go to uni I do not even manage to sleep because I have to leave the house at 6am. So my performance at uni is fuck all and I feel like a failure and can't be asked to do much, very lazy.

Keep your alarm clock at a distance. So that you can't just wake up, stop the alarm and sleep again (did that for 5 years!!). When kept at a distant place, you have to walk towards it to turn it off. When you do that, you will find out that you are awake for at least 70%! If that doesn't help, just stop breathing!! Within a few seconds you will be completely awake with an urge to breath

Worked great for me!

You just described my 23 years i went at school haha. And unfortunately i took the vice to its worst, as i even became lazy to extend my arm, so my cellphone under the pillow was THE ultimate lazy solution.

At univ i was like 1 hour late every single morning, and teachers get used to it, and didn't even struggle.

But then IM life came in.

I don't have an alarm clock anymore, i wake up at crazy times, like 4 AM sometimes, each time i open the eyes, i take maybe a minute until my brain kick me out of the bed because of crazy schedules.

I quit sport for 2 years and i got fat, 117KG.. Until this summer, where i said fair enough, get back to sport, start to eat carefully, quit soda definitly, and now exercise every single day (push ups, weight lifting, stomach - chest - back muscles), i'm now 95KG, which start to be good for my height and that's 4 months later...

And to be honest, i saw a drastic impact, my thinking process is smoother, i feel better, and i can actually work more efficiently for a longer time period.

Daily sports has been a revolution ! and not a iPhone 5 one!

Healthy Body - Healthy Mind.

I will repeat this forever: The Ivy League schools used to require, and to this day many (all that I know) private or boarding high schools/academies still do require, you to play a sport.

Also, you eat way more than you need to. Fatty, stahp.

If you don't live a balanced life, are you living at all?

Youtube ZWOW, no weights need and just need floor space and alot of determination, don't procrastinate at all! Get one day done and hit me up :D

I was working out in the gym and found it inconvenient since it was in the city and i had to do it in the evening after i picked my wife up. Later i tried running at home on a mashine but it could not satisfy me because it was sooo boring and watching TV during running only helped it a litte. Finally now i play badminton 2 times a week with a friend 10am in the morning and its really great, its an awesome sport that works your whole body and you have the competitive factor in it that prevents it from getting boring. So i absolutely recommend badminton ! Soon will upp to 3x weekly

I work out every morning for about an hour. If you're not in the gym for an hour a day, your chances of becoming fat and ugly skyrocket and I will not have that.

O yeah that book is great I can not recommend it enough shit if you can not get fit with that guide you should give up. He outlines a kettle bell training that you only do for 20 mins twice a week only!! The training with a good diet beats any other type of training it is all in one saves time for lazy people its like a cheat.

Also taking ice cold baths / showers is told in the guide which helps to get rid of 'brown fat' while I was trying to get back in shape I managed to do this for just under 3 weeks and noticed a big change in my strength and muscle definition I was also more leaner. Then I got caught up with other stuff and pretty much flopped and was back to square one but I can vouch and say this is the best method to 'cheat train' for fast results.

Yeah, I do. Been working on a workout routine for a few months now and think I have gained some good results...

apart from chasing a 5 year old (which is incredibly good excersise in itself) I try to do 50-60 km a week on the seakayak.

I think the key is to find something you love. I get so bored going to a gym, but I love it on the water - it's about the only place I feel totally whole.

Pull your fucking pants up. We're not here in Wiggerland.

ofcourse man, 1000 push ups per day

Wow man, hope ya don't break your bones. That's some crazy shit. There's a point at which doing that many Pushups is literally pointless.

And yes I do exercise regularly, like everyone should. Keep the mind and the body clean.

Yeah, I walk down to my motorbike and drive to bar every other day.
