nothing better than a few illadelph rips & some jack3d before hitting the gym.

I walk a lot, jog sometimes. Went swimming today, that was awesome...by far my favorite exercise.

Also, walking up stairs isn't fun, but it does wonders for your ass. :thumb:

Yeah, i work out daily. Do I want to? NO. :p

I'm a runner, so even when I do work out daily, the days I weight train are the only ones that are "hard" for me. I run 1 or 2 miles on the days I lift, then on off (recovery) days I run 5.

It's worth it though in the end, you feel better, look better, and become more alert.

I got an injury during high school that prevented me from any physical activity for 4-5 months. Basically I sat on the computer all day, ha. But let me tell you, even though working out can be a hassle, my energy levels during those 5 months were substantially lower compared to when I was active and working out.

Even if you do like 50 pushups and situps daily, it's better than nothing though! Just my thoughts!

Since my son was born a few months ago I haven't had time for the gym, so I cancelled my membership and started doing Insanity in my basement. Shaun T is a maniac and I'm on my way goths best shape of my life. It's not for beginners, but if you're looking to step things up a bit look it up.

want to get in crazy great shape..
try crossfit

it's fun, hard as hell, and the girls there are

It is always a good idea to stay in shape both mentally and physically.
For inspiration go to sites like bodybuilding and use their guides that may fit you :) I have personally found great use of this site or use simplyshredded. Google it!

Yeah i do workout every single day, i wont to have that six-pack very much, so i'm doing this workout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkKCVCZe474

Yes i do. I make sure i go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. If I'm a bit lazy i just do the thread mill for 40mins to 1 hour and that's it.

I try to go jogging a couple times a week but lately it seems that reading these boards is more than enough exercise for me these days.

I actually don't believe more people exercise regularly than don't. I think some people are in denial.
