Do you excercise daily and how does it affect your work ?

I work out 4 days a week. 30 minutes a day. I've been working out regularly at the gym for a year now. Every day I feel like skipping gym, but I've become superstitious. For some reason, my income has increased since I started working out. I don't understand how the gym is connected to my money-making, but the transformation is so evident that I don't want to test "what if it's just in my mind" Some superstitions are helpful :)

I also get good sleep at night, have more positive thoughts than negative ones, don't get angry, and mostly in a good mood throughout the day.

You should definitely give it a shot. At least start with doing pushups in the morning, 10-30 pushups to start with. Then after a couple of weeks, add squats to your routine, and keep building from there.

I workout almost every day at the gym, and I most of the time do cardio after the workout for like 10min to 45min. In the wintertime I also play hockey 3-4x per week plus matches

Yea man, every time g0g0le pushes new update I don't just work out, I go break the gym out. Then watch it burn, maybe walk around for some extra cardio while it's smoldering...

On a more serious note, push day, pull day, off day/cardio day, 365. That or loads of coffee and bad stuff which would lead to heart attack so...

After knee surgery from the last year, I am back on the bike. A little addicted to Strava, changing easy trainings/fun/long rides, usually 3-5x per week. Also, started running trails, much more fun for me than just road. Sitting whole day, this helps me psychically/mentally really well. Doing stretching a these kind of simple exercises too. Making challenges, exploring new places, it's really fun and I can eat cakes, sweets and food after that.

A little downside of these activities is that I do them sometimes when I don't feel good a have no one to talk/meet at that moment so I just ride bike until dark.

I jog for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day and it makes me feel physically and mentally fit. (Apart from the feel, it is also a reality).

I have on elliptical machine that I use for 30 minutes each day.

I got it specifically because I knew I would pass by it and use it for fun.

I run 100+ miles per week. And workout at the gym 6 times a week doing endurance based training.
Health should ultimately be your main priority over everything. Being healthy is the foundation to every avenue in your life!
I agree with this health is the most important aspect of life.....but God damn bro 100 miles per week?

I do calisthenics.

I used to do only pushups in the past, but I noticed a higher testosterone level, motivation, better body shape, and all-day energy.

So I bought a proper course on calisthenics, and man, it's hard. Gyming is much easier as compared to calisthenics.

But I can feel that strength in me now, which motivates me even more, to work out consistently.

Well exercising its very beneficial for mind and body as its get you oxitocine ,a substance that makes you more happy and makes you more positive .I have an electric band for running as i dont have time to go to the gym

I'm gonna try calisthenics.....I mainly do pushups and other stretches but I can't lose weight.

im a door to door salesman at the moment, so I naturally walk a lot for my job. but I also make it an effort to lift in the gym everyday and do some form of intense cardio. I find that starting out, it will make you more tired, but I found that over time, exercising makes me more energitic throughout the day, as long as I don't completely crush myself with the exercise I am doing. I also try to eat as clean as possible (using only whole ingredients) as I found that has contributed to being more productive. that's just me though, everyone rolls different

I personally do not do excercise but I go for walk in the morning. It keeps me energetic and refreshed. Do you also do something similar ?
For the past 10 years, I have never missed a day of my gym session because I always do it early in the morning before getting ready for work. I have a mini gym set up in my home, so I hardly hit the gym centers.

I go to the gym for an hour at lunchtime when I can. It breaks the day and wakes me up for the second half of the day. I used to do all weights, now it’s mainly cardio to shift the Covid kilos

I worked out so hard yesterday I apparently pulled a muscle. Working out is good. Just don’t hurt yourself lol

If your goal is to lose weight, you need to focus on how many calories you're consuming vs the amount you're burning.
Eat less than you burn, and you'll lose weight. I recommend adding in running to build up endurance and strengthen your heart.
