I personally do not do excercise but I go for walk in the morning. It keeps me energetic and refreshed. Do you also do something similar ?

cycling everyday, it helps a lot when i'm stressed from work. Of course with this google update too :D :D

I run 100+ miles per week. And workout at the gym 6 times a week doing endurance based training.
Health should ultimately be your main priority over everything. Being healthy is the foundation to every avenue in your life!

30 to 45 minutes every morning, 7 days a week.
More dopamine, less anxiety, healthier, lots of wins.

If I skip one day, it shows immediately.

Walks are great too, but you need to walk faster and for 45-60 minutes to actually get some benefits.

When I don't feel like doing a workout, I use a stationary bike(magnetic).

I work up to around 125bpm and keep it for 30 to 45 minutes. My brain functions for the next 4-6 hours like it's on modafinil.

I had no idea minimum wage is that high in Australia
$20.33 right now
$3,250 if you only work 20 days in a month.

If it weren't for so many spiders, I would move there yesterday.

But... too many spiders. And too big ones too.

I remember those days... we would get up, call a friend and say, "Let's do some LSD today" (long slow distance).

It was great training for Marathons as well as for all the other off season races we entered.

I have light exercise built into my routine, I walk 2 - 3 miles every day because I live in the NYC area (we don't really use cars here) and it is one of the reasons why I choose to live here. I do wish I had time to go to the gym, but with a full-time job and IM plus some other engagements, I really do not have much leverage.

However, what is more important than exercise is your actual diet. I eat very low carbs, and avoid them on most days. Same thing with sugar/desserts. My diet consists of mainly meat and veggies, some indian meat curries. Ever since I adopted this lifestyle, I went from almost 180 lbs to 150 lbs without a significant change to my lifestyle other than diet of course. I feel a lot better! I also quit smoking and drinking which may have also played into the 'feel better' bit.

yeah, bodyweight routine at home. makes a world of difference honestly. Just takes your mind away from work for a short while keeps me grounded to reality when i'm tracking something physical... then when you get back to work, often have a bit more clarity of thought

That's awesome! LSD is so good for building endurance. Do you still ever participate in marathons? Or casually run?

Those days are long gone... I ran a few marathons back in the day... 6 or 8, but I think it was 6, was actually on the cover of Runner's World (accident I am sure as I was just a random runner in a race in Van Courtland Park in the Bronx), gave my Father reason to carry Onitsuka Tiger Shoes in his sporting goods store, and all that plus about 4.00 will buy you a cup of coffee at your local coffee shop.

I've not run competitively for some 40 years and even casually for about 9 or 10 years but I still think I can though (delusions of grandeur).

I try to do 20 situp, 20 pushups, and 20 squats, twice a day. Its a shade of my former routines, but I want the exercise habit back before I can reduce my waistline a bit!

Oh wow that's awesome! Well even then, that must of been a great experience, especially with a group of friends. It would definitely not hurt to go back out there for fun!
