I personally do not do excercise but I go for walk in the morning. It keeps me energetic and refreshed. Do you also do something similar ?
Cycling makes me remember old childhood days. It was precious something like big achievement to own a cycle.cycling everyday, it helps a lot when i'm stressed from work. Of course with this google update too![]()

I had no idea minimum wage is that high in Australia30 to 45 minutes every morning, 7 days a week.
More dopamine, less anxiety, healthier, lots of wins.
If I skip one day, it shows immediately.
Walks are great too, but you need to walk faster and for 45-60 minutes to actually get some benefits.
When I don't feel like doing a workout, I use a stationary bike(magnetic).
I work up to around 125bpm and keep it for 30 to 45 minutes. My brain functions for the next 4-6 hours like it's on modafinil.
I remember those days... we would get up, call a friend and say, "Let's do some LSD today" (long slow distance).I run 100+ miles per week.
That's awesome! LSD is so good for building endurance. Do you still ever participate in marathons? Or casually run?I remember those days... we would get up, call a friend and say, "Let's do some LSD today" (long slow distance).
It was great training for Marathons as well as for all the other off season races we entered.

Oh wow that's awesome! Well even then, that must of been a great experience, especially with a group of friends. It would definitely not hurt to go back out there for fun! Those days are long gone... I ran a few marathons back in the day... 6 or 8, but I think it was 6, was actually on the cover of Runner's World (accident I am sure as I was just a random runner in a race in Van Courtland Park in the Bronx), gave my Father reason to carry Onitsuka Tiger Shoes in his sporting goods store, and all that plus about 4.00 will buy you a cup of coffee at your local coffee shop.
I've not run competitively for some 40 years and even casually for about 9 or 10 years but I still think I can though (delusions of grandeur).
Do you do gym in your home or at a public gym?one hour in gym, keeps me having a positive mindset
