I work out 4 days a week. 30 minutes a day. I've been working out regularly at the gym for a year now. Every day I feel like skipping gym, but I've become superstitious. For some reason, my income has increased since I started working out. I don't understand how the gym is connected to my money-making, but the transformation is so evident that I don't want to test "what if it's just in my mind" Some superstitions are helpful
I also get good sleep at night, have more positive thoughts than negative ones, don't get angry, and mostly in a good mood throughout the day.
You should definitely give it a shot. At least start with doing pushups in the morning, 10-30 pushups to start with. Then after a couple of weeks, add squats to your routine, and keep building from there.
