strait on server.... you can password protect the pages that you are working on until it is ready for prime time.
gone are the old days, of creating local pages and migrating to production server

You can also do all of the settings to 'not index', dont ping search engines, and of course simple pw protect the site through htaccess.
Then when you are ready schedule the postings, add the site to analytics, give google and co all the signals "new site to go" and publish your posts - this time with "ping" etc.
you can work on a local host webserver to do all the stuff but I find it is easier to do it online.I also use my default plugins in a folder which I batchupload to the new site and then set them up. You can also if you want export the content from local to a new site but again - usually it is too much hassle.
remember that new sites do not have visitors out of the blue. You have a bit of time to set it up correctly.

Do I need to buy the pro version to add kws ?
may be i won't need pro features as I'm a beginner.

It will be easy for you to work on the server-side direct.
