1. No, if you have patience and can wait few weeks to few months for your backlinks get indexed in GG.
2. Yes, if you need results fast and even it's a case, popular indexers do not working effectively like they used to these days (speed-links for example)

You have registered few days ago and all your posts are negative reviews about speedlinks. Is this the only reason why you have joined BHW?

Indexing nowdays takes time and spammy backlinks will not be indexed anymore with high success rate.

Hey bro if you have enough time, want to go it with manually and want to know the ways of indexing using backlinks, then the indexing tools are not needed you can do it by your own.
But if you really want a tool to index means, then go with the SpeedLinks. It is the best tool for indexing.
