Do TC/CF/RD/DR have no meaning?

For Google SEO purposes.

I searched for TF/CF/RD/DR + clean domains and purchased about a dozen domains, including TF/CF 20+ 30+ and DR 30+, over the course of several months.

But the highest rank among them is

This appears to be the TF 14 CF 15 DR 14 RD38 domain.

According to SEMRUSH, this domain is a blog site that has historically had thousands of visitors each month.

TF, CF, DR, and RD may not seem very high, but they still rank high even with topics that have some competition.

Why does this happen?

Because they are not search engine metrics. They are 3rd party.

As much as they try to mimic the real thing, they are always off.

That's why they are good for using them as indicators (because we have tot use something) but not as a "set in stone" fact.
