Do Residential IPs Work for Google Threshold Accounts?

Hi

I want to create some google threshold accounts.
Till now I was using AWS to create VPS and then access the accounts from there.
But after testing almost 20 accounts, all of them have got suspended due to 'suspected payment method'

I have used unique AWS for each account.

My question is - is it just because of the VCCs that I am using or it can also be an IP issue?
If its an IP issue, should i use residential IPs?

No difference whatsoever.
All vcc's are banned on google, you need media buying cards.
People who tell you otherwise have something to sell you, or they benefit in some other ways.

Thanks.. from where can I get good quality media buying cards? I did a google search but could not find any.

I searched with "media buying cards" in this forum and the only results its returning are of this thread.
Are they called by some other names?
 
First time hearing about "media buying cards" and I still manage to get accounts up and running with vcc or standart cc. Plus I don't sell anything here. So there must be something wrong with @hulksta 's statement, be cautious.

As for OP's question, think about it - how many legitimate and fraudulent customers do you think wake up one day, decide they are going to run google ads, buy a VPS with RDP, open new gmail or recover some old address from years ago, create a new campaign, then come back to the account in 3 days (or whatever length your so called "warm up" process is) to punch in billing data.

In my opinion 1% goes to legitimate customers and the rest to fraud.

This should answer some of your questions already.

Yeah tbh I have not heard about it too before. May be they are well known by some other name? Not sure.
Can you please tell me from where you are getting vccs?
Also what kind of IPs are you using? I am really struggling with this since the last few months

Check my previous answer,I edited it.
As for VCC, I'm not using any services - I already posted this somewhere else - Revolut works like a charm so far, because their bin is not listed as prepaid in bin database yet.

Yes, you go to a bank's of your choice local branch and apply for an account which also gives a debit card with it. Some banks allow to apply online, so check with the bank you choose.

I agree, but OP wants to make hundreds of accounts, you can't really do that with this way.
I buy aged adwords accounts and use media cards which are like yours.

BTW, are you running a some type of weird contest where you keep asking stupid questions just to piss everyone off?
I mean, if you really don't understand how to get a real cc or how can anyone have CCs from two different countries, then why are you even posting shit that you have no idea about?

I don't have an idea what you are talking about, how do you have CCs from two different countries? You travel to local branches in different countries?
 
Threashold account is long gone story now...
IP dosent matters much in genuine billing account.
I have bee using adwords from my sratic account for more than 2 years for pure blackhat campaigns.
And they are running fine...

IP doesn't matter much, you can get banned with residential IP too.
