Do Instagram stories still help with engagement ?

Reels and Stories serve two completely different purposes. Reels are the primary tool for reaching new users and attracting followers, while Stories are where you maintain deep engagement, build trust and close deals with existing audiences. This is just my personal experience.

Stories can still be useful because they keep followers connected between regular posts They also give people more reasons to interact through replies polls and questions Regular activity usually matters more than posting stories only once in a while
