you need to give us more info. Like, for example...
you ask whether you're having a cannibalization issue, but which pages / keywords are you referring to? From your screenshot I am assuming that you're talking about "phone charging station" or "phone charging stations", but it could be "phone charging station rental" or a myriad of other keywords that we don't know about.
So, which keyword(s) are you trying to rank for, and which 2+ pages are you suspecting of cannibalizing on each other?? This is with regards to the cannibalization question in your title...
The other thing, I see you have a Healthcare page on your site, and from past experience I know that whenever non-accredited webmasters touch upon health / medical topics they need to have a Disclaimer page on their site in which they disclaim that they're not medical practitioners and that the health advice they give on their site is not legal, so it should only be taken as guidelines.
Now, I'm not saying that the lack of a Disclaimer page is why you're not ranking at all / anymore, but I am saying that I have had sites in health / medical fields that didn't rank until I got that Disclaimer page up. But then again, my sites have almost always been affiliate sites, so that could be the reason, as google's hate for affiliate sites is notorious
Anyway, after skimming over your site for a few minutes I am not seeing anything that could have a major impact, although I do see a few things you could work on / look into, such as...
a) some of your blog posts are too generic and ugly, you need to make them prettier and add internal links into them, and from them to other related blog posts...
b) your site is not very authoritative in general (only 16 DR), which could be a problem if you're trying to rank for keywords like "phone charging station" as - from what I'm seeing in your screenshot - only big brands are ranking in top 10... and some of them even in top 20 (NY Times for example, only ranks on page 3 for a similar keyword)...
Also, while DR is not everything (the site
chargebar.com, for example, ranks on page 1 with only DR 10), most of the other sites do have really high authority, which can help. So, I would say try to up your DR to 30
at the very least, preferably to 40 minimum in order to stand a chance.
c) run a full audit for your site using tools like
Screaming Frog (it doesn't have to be SF specifically, just use a tool / service that checks everything from a technical and SEO perspective) to see if there are any technical issues with your site. Sometimes, as sites grow bigger and as you keep publishing more content and interlinking more pages and your products going in and out of stock / existence, broken links and 404 pages start popping up and if google detects these (they almost always do), they're going to penalize your site in some way, especially if you're a small guy trying to gain rankings for high profitability keywords.
So, run that audit and see if you find any problems (my hunch is that you will, but hopefully I am wrong), and fix those...
d) on a positive note, your site has a lot of indexed pages which is great from a google trust perspective. It means that google does trust your site, so every small change that you make to the website - as long as it's a positive one - should reflect in better rankings / more traffic quite fast (within days)
I also like the About Us page, this page is a huge trust builder from a business (and, subsequently, from a SEO) perspective, so it's great that you have such a great About Us page
This being said, you should probably noindex some of the less important pages. I am referring here to the various Privacy Policy / Shipping related pages. I will be honest, I have no idea whether having these legal pages as noindex makes any difference, but I always noindexed them, so I got used to doing this. Now, if you do want those pages to appear in google for some reason, keep them indexed, of course! But otherwise I don't see why you'd want them indexed...
Speaking of noindexing, are you using any SEO plugin on your site? Because good SEO plugins noindex these pages automatically (stuff like legal pages, archive pages, tag pages, etc... although, sometimes tag pages can be important for UX and relevancy improvement, so you need to think about what you're trying to achieve with each page)
e) I already mentioned it, but your content (at least the blog posts, the products pages I don't know what to make of as I've never dealt too many times with ecom sites) is not very good, and some posts lack even a featured image, much less other content optimization / visualisation improvement tips (bullet points, infographics, stats / tables / charts, etc). I am looking at the top ranked pages for your target keyword and they all seem to have lots of content... and great content too, with comparison tables and whatnot. So, you might want to mimic that type of content if you wish to compete with the big dogs for that keyword...
I am saying this because - with google - it's almost always the content or the backlinks that make or break your rankings. And - while your backlinks (well, the DR) is also not impressive - your poor content sticks out more to me
f) there have been few major google updates since November 2024, so it's possible that your site had been affected by one of those updates. Have a look at the list below and match the dates of those updates with the time when your rankings have plummeted, and try to figure out why this happened:
https://status.search.google.com/products/rGHU1u87FJnkP6W2GwMi/history
Also have a look around the forum for potential fixes, as many times, after each google update, people come here discussing it and offering fixing solutions, so it pays to spend an hour or two to research the various threads that have discussed the updates...
And that's about it... I can't think of anything else at the moment. But like I said, I only skimmed through your site and only looked at a few things here and there, I didn't fully analyze your site, niche, competitors, keywords, etc in great detail as I don't have access to SEO tools anymore... and it would take me hours to go through everything anyway. So that's the best I could do for free, hopefully you can understand...
If you want in-depth / professional guidance you can pay someone via the
HAF forum and hopefully they'll provide better support than I could as a newbie...
And lastly, one more reminder that you should never expose your site and keywords on SEO platforms as a lot of things can go wrong with your business (google employees might see it and mark you for future link builder... or other SEOs might steal your keywords and increase the competition for your site... or other, less moral people, might hack your site to inject backlinks into it so they can leech on your site's authority, etc... lots of things could go bad, so don't expose your site's and keywords on SEO platforms ever again if you care about it)
