DMCA ignored Offshore Hosting??

Can someone provide me with a cheap file hosting provider which totally ignores DMCA and has high uptime .
Also their plan includes Unlimited Space and Unlimited resources.

Also some offers would be nice.

i need the control panel and latest php version too
budget can vary if the requirements meet

Everything has a limit. So you want to have a provider that False advertises and promises to offer an Unlimited resource, correct?

i know it has limits. thats fine
but some provider imit the resources after they see that my site is consuming more.
i don't want that when i pick a plan.

well you can use hostlelo(dot)in. I always prefers this hosting company for my Movies sites needs.

Maybe because of "Cheap + Unlimited"

@Op Good luck finding "unlimited" ssd storage provider for real (not that there is any on HDD but anyway)
