DMCA delisting is very *destructive* to Google algorithm, makes it go crazy, hence easy to hack

this is a huge post and it's purely informational, 2yr old hacks been patched by google

If you don't know, "DMCA delisting" is different from "DNCA notice/takedown". While notice removes search results from SERPs, delisting actually removes ranking pages from Google, so the problem of results showing up in SERPs goes away on its own, so to say.

I've been dealing with delisting for the past 2-2.5 years, it took me a while back then until realizing that delisting is easily countered by setting up 301 redirect from old page to new URL page, usually on my sites it's as simple as going from website.com/URL-5 to website.com/URL-6

and so, back in 2019 until mid 2020 this process would be instant, re-indexing new URLs as soon as they appeared, which also caused google to send new URL pages to the top of the SERPs like 1st or 2nd spot, one month I've had double the traffic thanks to this little hack, which truly wasn't done for the hack, but to get back into google, yet it also brought amazing traffic sometimes for several hours, i've had up to 250k daily visitors at some point on one website

In Winter 2020 core update they have closed it off partly, then in May 2020 core update they have addressed this completely, making re-indexing take several hours, and new page wouldn't jump too high up, later they closed that off too

to be honest, i have exploited this hack, sometimes switching to new URL just to get ahead of 1 competitor that also did this, we were jumping each other sometimes 2-3 times a day. later that site got penalized but not completely, just google cut traffic by 80%

another interesting thing is happening now. thanks to being constantly delisted and moving to new URLs, whole page authority and link juice get spread over many pathways and stops reaching new URLs.. and so, i've complained about it before, one of my sites - leader on its keyword, got replaced by competitor that also DDOSed me heavily back then, but anyways, it was in the midst of 15th delisting of that site, so it was easy probably.

now in one of the niches leader got replaced by clone after another delisting, original returned on 3rd page for a day, until next delisting took down that original page once more, which actually caused google to remove the impostor clone as well, so now both of those sites are delisted..

all this is really annoying, one of my sites keep jumping 300k impressions one day, then 3k on the next day, because it was delisted or stays delisted

now, BTW, if you know delisting is coming, - can switch to new URL, so far not seeing any penalties, but if you don't know or just wait to be delisted - then it takes sometimes up to 7-10 days to be indexed again

what i am trying to say is that all this delisting, instant disappearance of some results that google valued and used to place on top of 1st page, all this weird activity makes google algorithm go crazy. it starts acting out, doing weird stuff.

for example, while main results are delisted (i say while because all sites in my niche figured out the move to new URL to return, but it takes days now, so during the time main ranking sites are out of google) - all kinds of mad stuff happens, google pulls completely new sites on to the top and starts sending mad traffic to unprepared, thus killing some, and making others super happy. Sites in my niche have to do some work, with command line utils and stuff, not just info stuff, so blogs are not good enough, so google tries other sites, until either originals return or it finds a site that can withstand huge traffic that comes with being 1st.. Yes again, this one agency does daily delisting on a couple of my sites, and when it started, those sites were not big, just maybe 1-2k daily visits, so with daily delisting i found my sites don't wanna reindex anymore, when trying thru search console, 1 page with NEW URL was considered a copy, and google was insisting on using previous version as canonical, but previous was actually delisted, so neither new nor old would return to google for weeks..

with all this i just wanna say, once more, GOOGLE IS SUPER STUPID, if you really mess with it, or if you have to mess with it with all this delisting going on.. who are they to delist my sites? lol.. Plus have you heard about those crazy delisting requests from Russia where they'd just scan 100 pages of search results and send those 1000 URLs to google per report to be delisted, including all the legit sites, and google would delist them too, given, maybe a month or so later it was all reversed, but how crazy is that???

My whole homepage for example got de-indexed (due to dmca), and before I used to redirect it to another page url, it worked, it was quick before, however now with one of my website I must wait 3 days or even more, this started to happen to me just like 2 weeks ago.

Is there any solution over this?
1.What if I switch to another domain, will this pass this 'delist stuff' in the other domain as well?
2.What causes this 'delist stuff' more precisely, is DMCA in mass that is sent to you as takedown?

This is quite absurd, since my homepage is being taken down daily due to DMCA, everytime I redirect to a new page, so there's not much I can do for the moment.
