    ---- THREAD CLOSED 02/22/2016 ----
i have a BH site (free netflix accounts) and it had been receiving phishing notifications on HostWinds where my domain and the site is hosted from the NETCRAFT site, the site has low competition keywords and its on 3rd position on its ranked keyword and the first time i received the complain the site was marked as phishing like when you try to enter the site and there is a message saying to leave the site cuz its a phishing site and it also got de-indexed from google, btw its not a phishing site of course. i erased everything and just put 1 article related to my niche without anything BH and after 1 day the site was ok now, it didnt have the phishing warning message and it got indexed in google 3 days later and i recovered the 3 position on google for my keyword. then i put a link redirecting to my landing page and like 10 days later the same thing happened, it got de-indexed from google just like 12 hours and the phishing site message appeared again then it got indexed again and the phishing warning message was gone and everything normal again.

if i host my site and my domain in a offshore hosting like Blueangelhost.com i wont have this problem anymore?
also, does anybody know why do the phishing alert message appears on my website? i mean, do this people who sent the complain to hostwinds also sent the complain to google and google is the one who is marking my site as a phishing site?

    thanks in advance :D

You will still have that problem regardless of where you host, you are giving away free Netflix accounts, something which is against the company's TOS.

Ideally I would recommend you to skip on that domain and move everything to a new domain and see if that helps (You might soon get banned on those as well).

I did had a similar problem, but not with them. I removed the content on that site and moved on because it was the right thing to do and I didn't want any more problems. I suggest you just drop it and move to another niches.

i would suggest going offshore, hosted00.net - they never givein to dmca requests, your privacy is imp to them and they never take down clients site due to complaints
