Divi theme-top section/main image disappearing

Hello !

I've basically completed my front page using a main image/background when you first land on the page. However anytime I open the website in another browser, sometimes even in the same browser, that main image disappears. The same thing often happens with icons on the page, as well as any other images.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've been digging through other forums but can't find the exact question. Thank you!
