Summary of Dispute: A few weeks ago, I got a message from @RocketFuel about writing content for him. I quoted him a price of $150/article, and he accepted it. He asked if we could make the payment after the work had been delivered, and I said yes. Once the work was delivered, he refused to pay.
Additional Information:
Here is what he says is the reasoning behind him not paying:
Now, let me clarify my answer to his reasoning -
"it was absolute shit trash unusable, written by someone who has zero understand of english or seo." - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MBBSCIN2ZHlISE3mjjHueCrj8bUS9zdZC_SFZnHUQVg/edit?usp=sharing (if the mods want, please delete it). I am letting the mods decide how much of what he is saying is true.
"I showed you many top quality examples, yours isn't on the same planet at those" - Once he showed me the examples of blog posts, such as https://www.searchenginejournal.com/domain-name-make-or-break-seo/493815/, I shared my samples with him.
Some example content that I have written:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sET6bTuW-HKnARpRFHHQ26_uslVfasklqlXuL5KqjyI/edit?usp=sharinghttps://docs.google.com/document/d/1roM8FAkuGVeVb3LpRl7XoMH-rRAI4f30WJ4X3DaH6vY/edit?usp=sharing
Now, when a client asks for writing samples, it is expected that he will actually go through it. With all due regard can the mods please check that the English and SEO Skills written in these two samples that I sent him and close to the article I wrote for him? So, if it's more or less the same, what's with the extra expectation then?
"provide something useable and you will be paid that's it. Honestly it feels like you used some spinner and ai and tried to scam me" -
Let's first clarify the 2nd part of the statement: using AI, Spinners, etc - The article delivered was a conversational-style article so, it can't really be spinned, and here is what one of the AI Content detectors is saying:
Let's come back to the 1st part of the statement "provide something useable and you will be paid that's it" - For me to further edit the article, I need to know where am I really missing what's needed. So, I asked him about this, no response after that till now.
He also had some questions regarding English not being my 1st language, interestingly it only came up once the article was delivered, that's what you ask first (if that's your thing):
