Summary of Dispute: A few weeks ago, I got a message from @RocketFuel about writing content for him. I quoted him a price of $150/article, and he accepted it. He asked if we could make the payment after the work had been delivered, and I said yes. Once the work was delivered, he refused to pay.
What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution: I am looking to get paid the $150 that @RocketFuel owes to me.

Additional Information:

Here is what he says is the reasoning behind him not paying:

Now, let me clarify my answer to his reasoning -

"it was absolute shit trash unusable, written by someone who has zero understand of english or seo."
- https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MBBSCIN2ZHlISE3mjjHueCrj8bUS9zdZC_SFZnHUQVg/edit?usp=sharing (if the mods want, please delete it). I am letting the mods decide how much of what he is saying is true.

"I showed you many top quality examples, yours isn't on the same planet at those" - Once he showed me the examples of blog posts, such as https://www.searchenginejournal.com/domain-name-make-or-break-seo/493815/, I shared my samples with him.

Some example content that I have written:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sET6bTuW-HKnARpRFHHQ26_uslVfasklqlXuL5KqjyI/edit?usp=sharinghttps://docs.google.com/document/d/1roM8FAkuGVeVb3LpRl7XoMH-rRAI4f30WJ4X3DaH6vY/edit?usp=sharing
Now, when a client asks for writing samples, it is expected that he will actually go through it. With all due regard can the mods please check that the English and SEO Skills written in these two samples that I sent him and close to the article I wrote for him? So, if it's more or less the same, what's with the extra expectation then?

"provide something useable and you will be paid that's it. Honestly it feels like you used some spinner and ai and tried to scam me" -

Let's first clarify the 2nd part of the statement: using AI, Spinners, etc - The article delivered was a conversational-style article so, it can't really be spinned, and here is what one of the AI Content detectors is saying:

Let's come back to the 1st part of the statement "provide something useable and you will be paid that's it" - For me to further edit the article, I need to know where am I really missing what's needed. So, I asked him about this, no response after that till now.

He also had some questions regarding English not being my 1st language, interestingly it only came up once the article was delivered, that's what you ask first (if that's your thing):

Please can all mods say something cool like that every time they ban someone?!

Looks like you forgot to drop the hammer. The profile is still active. I can read the reason 'Failed to resolve dispute' but it looks like the profile is not banned.

Sellers need to do their due diligence as well as buyers.
There wasn't much of a due diligence required in this. Someone probably has to be stupid to lose his Jr VIP account (that costs $150) for an article.

I completely agree with you.

Here means asking for sample before ordering
not paying after job is done
What I meant was that sellers need to look at the account of the buyer before they decide to accept the payment after delivery, just as much as buyers need to look into a seller if they want to work with him.
It's usually easier for buyers because more often than not, there are reviews and some customer service instances on the BSTs.
Sellers need to work a bit harder to determine if they can trust a buyer to pay after delivery.

I am seeing the other side and If I were on the buyers place, I might do the same.
That article is not worth 150$. Every one knows it and no one wants to say considering the reputation of OP.

Some one lost 147$ worth VIP membership for taking a decision of hiring you as a writer.

Word count for that article is around 1050 and out of that 387 words are quotes.

$15/100w. This was condemned to failure from minute 0

Even worse... a 2012 account, he has almost been longer in BHW that you and me together

The weird thing is that the guy did not answer to the dispute; otherwise he could have said that it was not worth the money and that Daddy text wasn't up to his expectations under certain restrictions.

Or maybe he did not notice it (I'm not sure what happens when someone disputes you, do the Mods send you a PM or something?

Anyway as I said $15/100w was condemned even before the first word was written. I would not pay a guy more than $5/100w unless I love him like my brother, and he has been writing for me a couple of months. I don't care if he is the authentic John Mueller writing in my SEO blog.
