Just had my first dispute as a seller on eBay, and wanted to get some feedback from you guys. Sold some perfume, but accidentally sent the wrong one to the buyer. Anyways, they filed a dispute and PayPal, and I refunded them just now. I also sent them a note saying that they could keep the item I had sent for free (just as a gift since I had messed up). I think I got lucky this time, cause I had a look through the buyers purchases and it seems like she never leaves feedback. Anyways, have I gone about this the right way? Anything else I should do? After refunding her, shortly after I received an email saying that she had "closed this dispute".
