Hello,
I sent 2,500 USDT to the sellers address to carry out Facebook Ads service with 15% ad spend management.
Seller was notified for opening a dispute. His wallet + tx id were sent over here in the BHW DM, but some of the conversation is in TG as well.
The amount was sent through crypto USDT TRC 20, no agreement was signed or invoice provided.
Basically he said he offered fb ads service for BH campagins, so we agreed to work on a 15% ad spend fee. For testing we sent 2,500$ to him on Tuesday 15th of April, from there he started delaying everything without giving access to the ad account.
He stopped responding on TG, so I wrote that I will open a dispute here in the BHW forum DM. He said that service should be ready to start in about a day. Today I opened my DMs to see the account "Banned upon request", whatever that actually means.
I am attaching screenshots. Currently sellers TG account is deleted and all chat history is gone. This is what I have from yesterday.
This is my first transaction since i joined BHW and already got scammed, even though seller's profile was from 2011 with positive reviews. Any guidance and assistance will be highly appreciated. I am not sure if a refund/replacement is available at this point, but I am in big risk of loosing my job because of this.
